Processing Time

Personalized (custom text) items are made to order and require 3–5 business days to produce. All other items are prepared and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days.

Shipping Information

If you pay with PayPal, please make sure the shipping address in your PayPal record is up to date. If your shipping address is different from your billing address, please specify it during checkout.

Your address can be changed before we ship your order — just contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to change the shipping method or address.

Order Confirmation

After you complete your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email (please check your spam folder if you can't find it). Make sure all the information is correct — if anything looks wrong, contact us right away.

Tracking Your Order

When your order ships, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a direct link to the carrier's tracking page, so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Important

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an address problem, reshipping costs will be charged for redelivery, or deducted from your refund.

Personalized items are made just for you and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective. Our 30-day easy return policy applies to all non-personalized items.
